IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ BEFORE SIGNING: These terms form part of the membership/registration agreement. The member should read them carefully, ask the front desk for clarification where required, and sign the acknowledgement below before or at the time of new admission.

1. MEMBERSHIP & ADMISSION

Membership is personal to the registered member and is valid only for the membership period and plan selected on the registration form. The member must provide accurate registration details and inform SLEEK FITNESS of any material change. Management may require a valid identity/age document where reasonably necessary for membership administration or safety.

2. MEMBERSHIP FEES & PAYMENTS

All applicable admission, registration, membership, package and other charges must be paid as agreed at enrolment. The applicable plan, payment mode and membership number should be recorded by the gym. Membership access may be suspended where agreed payments are overdue. The member should retain the receipt/payment confirmation.

3. REFUND, CANCELLATION & TRANSFER

Admission/registration/package fees are non-refundable unless SLEEK FITNESS agrees otherwise in writing or a refund is required by applicable law. Membership fees already paid are generally non-refundable after activation and are not transferable to another person. Cancellation requests, where permitted, must be made in writing to the gym. Any approved refund will be processed after applicable adjustments and according to written management approval. No verbal promise of refund is binding unless confirmed by authorised management.

4. MEMBERSHIP FREEZE / EXTENSION

A temporary freeze, extension or adjustment is not automatic. It may be considered only where the gym offers such facility and management approves it in writing. Any approved freeze/extension will be subject to the period and conditions communicated by the gym.

5. GYM ACCESS & GENERAL RULES

Members must use the gym during operating hours and follow staff instructions, equipment instructions and posted safety notices. Proper sportswear and suitable footwear must be worn. Equipment must be returned safely after use. Members must not misuse, damage or remove gym property. Deliberate damage or loss may be charged to the responsible member.

6. HEALTH, FITNESS & SAFETY

The member confirms that they will disclose any relevant medical condition, injury, physical limitation, medication-related concern or other health issue that may affect safe exercise. Members should seek appropriate medical advice before beginning or changing an exercise programme when necessary. Exercise involves inherent risks. Stop exercising and inform staff immediately if unusual pain, dizziness, breathing difficulty or another concerning symptom occurs. SLEEK FITNESS may restrict or stop an activity where staff reasonably consider it unsafe.

7. CONDUCT & DISCIPLINE

Members must behave respectfully toward staff and other members. Harassment, abusive language, threats, fighting, intoxication, deliberate disruption, unsafe conduct or unlawful activity are prohibited. Management may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated violations, subject to applicable law and any contractual rights.

8. PERSONAL BELONGINGS & LIABILITY

Members are responsible for their personal belongings. Valuable items should not be left unattended. SLEEK FITNESS is not responsible for loss or theft of personal property except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded. Members are expected to use equipment responsibly and report damaged equipment immediately.

9. PRIVACY & USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

SLEEK FITNESS may collect and use member information reasonably necessary for registration, membership administration, payment records, communication, safety, customer support and legal/compliance purposes. Information may be shared with service providers where reasonably required to provide these services or where required/permitted by law. SLEEK FITNESS will not sell personal information for unrelated purposes. Personal information will be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary, subject to legal, accounting and operational requirements. Members may contact the gym to request correction of inaccurate information and to raise privacy concerns, subject to applicable law.

10. PHOTOGRAPHS, VIDEO & MARKETING

Photographs or video may be captured in gym areas for security, training or operational purposes. Use of a member's identifiable image for promotional/marketing purposes should be based on separate consent where required. A member may decline promotional use without affecting ordinary membership, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

11. CHANGES TO RULES

SLEEK FITNESS may update reasonable operational rules, safety procedures and facility policies from time to time. Material changes affecting an active membership will be communicated through reasonable means where required. Members agree to comply with current safety and facility-use instructions.

12. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES

These terms are intended to be read with the registration form and any written membership plan. They are subject to applicable laws of India. Members are encouraged to raise concerns with management first so that the matter can be reviewed and resolved where possible. Nothing in these terms is intended to remove any right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.

MEMBER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

I confirm that I have read and understood the above terms, rules, privacy information and refund/cancellation conditions. I have had an opportunity to ask questions before signing. I agree to follow the SLEEK FITNESS rules and understand that membership is subject to the applicable plan and these terms.
