These terms apply to memberships, personal training, classes, products and online payments of Sleek Fitness, Veerakeralam, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India, in the gym, in the Sleek Fitness app and on sleek.fitness. Last updated: 22 October 2026.

Membership

• A membership starts on the start date on your bill and ends on its end date. Renewing early adds the new period after the current one ends.
• Memberships are personal and cannot be shared. Couple plans cover the two people named on the bill.
• Use the gym only in your batch / session timings (for example Ladies' Daytime 9:30 AM - 5:00 PM).
• Check in with your QR code or the fingerprint / face device every visit. The door may stay closed when the membership has ended or a balance is unpaid.

Health and safety

• Tell us about any health condition, injury or pregnancy in the admission form, and ask your doctor before starting if you are unsure. Expecting-mom plans need the doctor's consent.
• Follow the trainers' instructions, use equipment correctly, wear suitable shoes and re-rack weights.
• Diet plans and ebooks are general guidance, not medical advice. Results depend on your own effort, consistency and lifestyle.

Payments and prices

• Prices are in Indian rupees and include the offers shown at the time of payment. Combo and limited-period offers end on the date the gym announces.
• Online payments go through our UPI payment gateway (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm or any UPI app). A payment counts as received when the gateway confirms it; you then get a notification and a receipt in the app.
• If money left your account but the app does not show the payment within an hour, contact the gym with the order number - we check it with the gateway.

Products bought in the app

Collect your product at the front desk by showing the order number or receipt. Stock is limited; if an item is not available we return your money (see the refund policy).

Conduct

Respect other members and staff. The gym may suspend a membership for unsafe or abusive behaviour, damage or misuse of another person's membership. Lockers are at your own risk; do not leave valuables.

Changes

We may change timings, prices of future plans and these terms; changes are shown in the app. Your current paid period stays as agreed.
